Mlb Nexdef Install

Everytime I try to install nexdef, mozilla and internet explorer both freeze, how do I fix it?
Nexdef is a plug-in for mlb.com to watch games in higher definition. It work on my home computer running vista ultimate but not on my laptop running the same OS. Please help, thanks
Don’t install it, it causes a really big virus!!!I tried to download it, and I had to get a whole new computer!
