I’d drop Mike Lowell to start off. With Boston getting Victor Martinez, this will cut into his playing time. When Victor plays first, Youkilis will move to third and Lowell will go to the bench. Like someone else suggested, trade either Ortiz, Konerko, or maybe Pierre for a starter.
