Is this a good baseball team?
I got this team from a fantasy draft in MLB 2K8, all the team were going for young players except for me, but i got Jose Reyes and Chase Utley early before they went

2.) DH- Rafeal Furcal
3.) 2B- Chase Utley
4.) LF- Manny Ramirez
5.) CF- Torii Hunter
6.) 1B- Jason Giambi
7.) C- Ivan Rodriguez
8.) 3B- Mike Lowell
9.) RF- J.D. Drew
Pitching Staff-
1.) SP- Roy Oswalt
2.) SP- Jake Peavy
3.) SP- Chris Carpenter
4.) SP- Carlos Zambrano
5.) SP- Ben Sheets
Closer- Mariano Rivera
I know they won’t be a good team in the future but for now, how is it?
My team is currently the Yankees because i was scared if i drafted really good players, i might exceed the salary cap, so i took a wealthy team in the Yankees
9/10 because of the pitching.
Yea, the future, like you said, may not posess a lot of young talent, but don’t worry about that. You have an endless staff of superb pitchers and one of the best closers ever.
Hitting could be better, but all you will need each game to win might be 3 or 4 runs!
And yes, good choice with the Yankees. In 2k8, it’s hard to build with teams with low cap…I built a world series winner with the Rays, but had to constantly trade away high salaries.
