*Poll*Does Phiten Bracelets,Necklaces, and Sleaves Work?
A lot of pitchers in the MLB wear the Phiten necklaces. It sounds stupid to me that some necklace can make you more flexiable, throw harder, and restore energy flow in the body. Any who wares any of this Phiten stuff, do you notice a difference how you play when your wearing it and not wearing the items? Which one works the best?
I’ve worn all of the phiten stuff before. The necklace, the arm sleeve, and even the little stickers they have that you can stick on your body wherever you want.
I actually have to say I have felt a difference. Not a big difference, but definitely a difference. Any little bit can help you know, and I think that is why the Big Leaguers wear them. Even though it is only a little difference, it still puts them that much further ahead of the next guy.
I liked the necklace the most. The arm sleeve was too loose. Maybe it would have been better in a smaller size. The stickers were ok too.
