Ichiro got ejected because he complained on the judgement.
Some Japanese Ichiro’s fans says “it was a kind of racial discrimination.” Was it really so?

Two things come to mind: One, Ichiro is a class act and seemingly never questions calls. It’s obvious that the call was wrong. However the rules are clear about arguing balls and strikes.
And Two: If in fact some Japanese fans are calling this call based on race, it is very unfortunate. I’m afraid that the insensitivity of mankind has reached a point of total intolerance. A very sad commentary indeed.
