Is this a good order for Madden 08 Fantasy Draft? Do you have a better one?

Punter will always be last. All backups will just be simmed, I plan to cover the 22 starting positions (plus P and K) and pick Devin Hester around round 25. His speed is key for my return game, but his WR rating is 70 overall, so he’s always on the board for a very long time.
Is this good? Any suggestions are appreciated.
i would put qb, mlb, then de, but for the rest of the list it looks pretty good
