Why does Yahoo Sports FAIL to keep MLB updated? For instance, Chris Carpenter is pitching and he is Still show
Carpenter is Pitching, yet shown on the DL. Jim Edmonds is playing 1st but I can only show him in Center Field. PLEASE UPDATE!!!
dude you gotta realize yahoo fantasy sports is FREE. you can’t expect them to be on top of every single news. but it still shows he is starting even if he is still listed on the DL. so it doesn’t hurt you in any way. if you have him on the DL and worried about if he is 100%, then keep him on the DL until you know he’s back before you drop one of your pitchers. if he’s not on the DL, you can still throw him in one of the starting slots and still get the stats for that day.
if you paid for your league (espn for example) then i would definitely hope it would show him off the DL when he is back.
also, edmonds played one game so far at 1st…yahoo will usually take a few days to a week to add in 1st base eligibility for edmonds. the same thing happened for soriano who only had 2B eligibility until OF was added a week or two into the season. give it a few days….
