Mlb Cy Young Wiki
Pedro Martinez, a Hall of Famer? yes or no? kinda an iffy one for me. Sure, he used to be awesome, but he?
has been injured the last few years, and in 16 seasons from 1992-2007, the 36 year old (yeah right, he’s from the Dominican Republic, they all lie about their age, he’s probably 42) has: 209 Wins – 93 Losses, 3,030 K’s and 2.80 ERA, 3 CY Young Awards, 1997, 1999, 2000, and also won the WS in 2004 with the Red Sox. A lot of people say you can’t make the Hall of Fame without 300 wins, but Sandy Koufax did so with 165 wins in 12 seasons, so I think it is possible for Pedro, but he better start to rebound the next few years and pad those numbers and get to at least 250 wins to have a shot.
What do you think?
