What is the point of the all star game?
All the main guys we want to see are always taken out early because the managers have to coddle them and keep them healthy for the rest of the season. The NFL Pro Bowl and the MLB All star game are useless. I prefer the HR Derby and the celebrity softball game over the all star game.
It is to determine homefield advantage in the world series
I wouldn’t care less if it had a purpose
it’s an entertaining summer classic
Pro Bowl is pretty lame though
