In your opinion Should there be a MLB salary Cap ?
Explain your reasoning why or why not, personally I think all teams should be able to spend the same amount.
No, if small market teams actually put the profit they made back into the franchise, maybe they would get better. Instead, the owners stick the money in their pocket and the franchise will never be able to improve. There should be a minimum amount of money owners need to spend on their franchises so they aren’t keeping it al for themselves.
