Mlb Batting Practice Hats
how should i wash a polyester/wool baseball cap?
i have one of those Batting Practice MLB Baseball Caps and it is pretty dirty. the white MLB Logo on the back is blackish/grey. it says it is like 68% polyester and like 28% wool. any way, i dont want to ruin the bill and i also dont want to shrink the hat too much, a little bit will be ok- like one hat size because its been stretched out after wearing it everyday- some say wash it in the wash machine w/ cold water with regular clothes and air dry it and some say to use woolite. what do you guys reccomend?
Cold water in the top rack of your dishwasher. You can buy one of those plastic hat molds to help keep the shape. I got mine at Wal-Mart in the house keeping dept.
