DirecTV and MLB extra innings worth it?
I’m new to DirecTV (just switched from Comcast), but I’m wondering if there’s any real reason to pay DTV $149 for MLB extra innings, when I could get the generic premium sports package for a few dollars a month and get most the affiliate channels for the teams in their local markets? (i.e. the FSN’s, YES’, and NESN’s of the world).
I am a DirecTv customer I had the same thoughts as you. However, if you have the sports package they black out the out of market games. So if you are looking to watch an out of market game you will need to purchase MLB extra innings.
