Free Mlb Fantasy Games
On mlb.com is there going to be a 2007 Open???
In 2006 they had the free 2006 mlb open and i was wondering if this year they were going to do the same thing. The overall champion last year won $10,000. By far best fantasy game out there last year.
DESCRIPTION OF IT:
a fantasy game in which u have a full infield and outfield of players,a catcher and a team pitching staff in which u draft in the beginning…and u simply earn points for how well they do….say Derek Jeter goes 3 for 4 wth 2 doubles an rbi and a stolen base… that night Jeter would earn you 8 points..and every week you go against an opponent and at the end of the week who ever has the most overall points gets a W….you do that threwout the year and at the end who ever has the best W/L goes to the playoffs.. a wildcard team also gets in….and the overall champion last year won $10,000!!!!!!!
I think I saw that last year. Sportsline or something has a Roger Maris pool where you pick one hitter every day. If the player gets a hit, you earn a point. If you get to 56, you win a prize. You can pick whoever you want, but they have to get a hit. It was fun, the best I did was 22 straight days with a hit.
