wait, before you call me crazy, Let me tell you about our late bird. he died about 3 years ago. He was a canary, we had him a week after his birth. He lived for over 15 years which is above average. what made him so unique? First he understood human voice-really. He loved Mcintosh apples only, and every time I say: would u like an apple? he would “talk back” and getting ready. When he was young, he loved when we open a cage so he can fly around the room and then go back in. but the best part is he was a soccer fan. I REALLY THINK SO. Every time we click to FSWE which is Fox sport channel in Spanish, to watch soccer games, he would “comment” on it. Like he was signing all the way non stop almost. But when the players scored, he would go nuts. Like all the fans would be. Funny-no enthusiasm toward English speaking games. So I am sure, in his previous life, he was a Spanish speaking soccer player. We miss him dearly.
I don’t know, but it would be cool if your bird was spanish in a previous life. What good memories and stories about your canary!
