Florida Professional Baseball Teams

Why do Floridians not attend professional sporting events?
It’s been known for a while that professional sports teams in the state of Florida all have relatively low attendance, outside of the Miami Dolphins.
Even the Rays, one of the best teams in baseball, looking to clinch the AL East title, have horrific attendance. Why is that?
I know college sports (football) matter most in Florida, but the culture of sports teams in a state is so different there. What other reasons could it be, aside from certain teams struggling?
On sports shows today they were talking about, they say the Tampa ballpark is a dump that no one wants to go to, and you have to cross a bridge to get to it. The Marlins ballpark is a football stadium, again not conducive to attract fans, plus rain showers interrupt just about every game, making for a long night. Tony Kornheiser on PTI said a better ballpark in Tampa would draw big crowds.
