Cubs Spring Training Mesa

Has anyone gone to Mesa for Cubs spring training? I really want to go this year and i would like to hear?
from others who have gone in the past. Also, are there fun places around there to go out at night.
I’ve been to Arizona spring training, and it’s a great time regardless of what team you follow. It’s about as casual and relaxed an atmosphere as you’ll ever find with major league players, and a great place to bring kids if you have any (I’m guessing you don’t since you’re looking for nightspots).
As for nighttime entertainment, there’s plenty. The whole Phoenix and surrounding area has just about everything you could ask for.
