How Can I Become A Professional Soccer/Futbol Player?

I Want To become A Pro At this Sport I Am On A League All-Star Team Used To Be In A Club But Left To Play Baseball. I Am 14 I Think Im 5’9 Work Hard Didn’t Join High-school Team Because of All-Stars I Live in California central Coast Any Tips Advice Anything that Would Help…Oh And im Currently A Freshman And Play Middle-Foward or Defense

1. you need to watch and study soccer games to see how they make things happen such as goals. You need to know tactical soccer really good so you know when to pass, where to pass, making runs, etc. Once you know how to do the tactical stuff, you should practice it to perfection with your friends. Tactical skill is probably 50 percent of what coaches look for. The other 50 percent is your technical skill, like passing, shooting, dribbling, control, speed, receiving passes. etc. A great way to improve control is to juggle, be able to juggle for as long as you want, or at least till 60. For speed, you need to practice sprints and time yourself and try to beat your time. for receiving and giving passes, play against a wall or with a friend practicing lob passes and ground passes. The best way to develop shooting is to get a goal or find target and be able to always hit. Shooting against a wall also helps with this. For dribbling, you basically practice dribbling a ball until you get a good touch with both feet. You have to be able to dribble with the inside and outside of the foot really good. You could also look up pros doing all these skills and try to copy them.
Some great sites for this: http://expertfootball.com/ and http://www.professionalsoccercoaching.co…
also look up vids of pros doing stuff like juggling shooting dribbling on youtube to figure out how to do them to perfection.

2. Overall physical condition is also looked at in a soccer player. You need to be strong so you can shield the ball from other players when needed. Also, the stronger and higher endurance player can win more balls and outlast their opponents.

3. play/practice soccer 24/7. Many youth soccer players have done this and are now probably the greatest youth players.Practice as much as you can, remember when your practicing there’s always someone else who is practicing harder.

4. Doing the above without using it and practicing with a team is a waste. Soccer is a team sport, so you need to be able to play good on a team. Join a youth premier/good training team. apply skills you learn individually and with the team. To get to a professional team like mls, you need to get chosen from a college team. To do that you need to be picked from a high school team. Usually to get into the good leagues like serie a, barclays premier, and liga bbva, you usually need to move with their respective countries and train with their good teams and work your way up, but not everyone has those opportunities. You need to be extremely good to at least get to mls, and theres not a select few who make it there. You could also be chosen from your club team, depending on its prestige.

Early in the 1920s, the New York Giants sent a scout to watch a young Cuban play for Foster’s American Giants, a baseball club in the Negro Leagues. During one at-bat this talented slugger lined a ball so hard that the rightfielder was able to play it off the top of the fence and throw Christobel Torrienti out at first base. The scout liked what he saw, but was disappointed in the player’s appea…
