Fantasy Baseball Q?

Hey guys,

I am in a 20-team vanilla yahoo! roto league. My pitching staff is made of starters Rich Hill, McGowan, Marcum, Shawn Hill, Litsch, with relievers Capps, Sherrill, Mota, Foulke and Rafael Perez in the bullpen.

Currently my team has consistantly been in near the bottom in all the pitching categories(18th place in WINs and Ks, 16th in ERA, and 9th place with WHIP) except saves.

My thought is punting WINS and trading away all my starters for high K/9 low ratio relievers like Marmol, Kuo, Devine as well as batters to bolster my offence(I do need help in HRs). I could also pick up a few OK relievers on free agency.

Currently punting WINS would only lose me 1 point in the standings. Just for your reference I am currently 18th place with 12 wins. 10th place has 20 wins and 1st place has 29 wins.

Also what should I do with Rich Hill, and at what point do I drop him???

You drop Hill about 3 weeks ago when he was sent to the minors!

Pick up Kershaw to replace him. You might not get more wins but you’ll get a bunch of K’s!
