I’m a Sox fan and think that they’ll give the Yanks a run for their $$ tonight. CC is traditionally a slow starter and he had a rocky spring, so I give the Sox a slight advantage…
1. I think that the Sox will do pretty well. Their offense is a little lean, but their pitching looks like it could carry them. I honestly think that the most talented team from top to bottom is the Rays. They’re young, fast and have a lot of pop.
2. No, wish I was! Sox/Yanks tix are tough to get ahold of. Plus, being on Easter, going to a game ain’t gonna happen!
3. Adrian Beltre. I think that the short porch in left field is going to help him. He just left Seattle which has a pretty big outfield. I look for Beltre to bat .270-.280 with at least 20 HRs this season.
4. Like I’d said above, it’s got to be Tampa. They have power, speed, pitching and youth. The only problem is that youth works both for and against you in terms of experience.
5. I’ve already done my draft…We’ll have to see where the chips fall…Health is key!!
