Baseball Spring Training Leagues

How come they don’t play games in the major league baseball stadiums during Spring training?
Why do they play baseball in the minor league parks?
Because it’s still snowing in Boston, New York, Chicago, and Philadelphia in February when pitchers and catchers report. That and the obvious fact that spring training is held in Florida or Arizona, because there are only 3 MLB teams from those two states.
