I need Baseball help!?
I’m getting ready for baseball in the for the spring. It’s my first year playing baseball. Does anyone have any tips, exercises, strength training, or pretty much ANYTHING to help me. When I say anything I mean ANY tips or ANYTHING that has to do with getting me better at baseball, stronger, better eye coordination, etc. Or even a website or youtube channel that could help me. I’m goinig to be in the big feild with 90 feet between bases so it’s going to be hard to play on it. Please help. Thank-you.
