What is that thing that so many pitchers wear?
I have seen this on numerous MLB pitchers and no one can seriously answer the question for me. I’m sure there is a baseball fanatic that knows everything out there somewhere, so please help me. It looks like a leather braided necklace of some sort. I have seen them in different sizes and colors and see them mostly on pitchers in the AL (because that is what I watch). Please tell me what it is. Thanks
It is said that these necklaces have titanium inside of them. This is said to relieve pain and gives you extra energy. Sounds like a superstition more than anything else. But that is what I know of it.
