why are nba tickets much more expensive than mlb tickets?
I hear the mlb revenue is a lot more money than the nba so why are nba tickets much more expensive?
I mean *I hear the mlb’s revenue is a lot higher than the nba’s revenue*
most nba arenas only hold about 15 to 20k seats
some not all mlb parks hold more seats than that –
mlb has 162 games per season – nba has only 82
nba games are sellouts overall – much more than mlb games which have some market areas that the stadiums are practically empty depending on the day of the week – the current record and who is in town.
Since NBA games sell out at a higher % the prices go up faster
