2011 Spring Training Baseball
mlb 2011 american leauge central?
with the month winding into feb, an at the end of feb spring training begining we baseball fans are now getting ancious, so my question is who in your opinion will win the al central, my cast is for th tigers
also for the al easti think the red sox, but oddly ive heard alot about the orials, ive heard alot about them making deals, but their in what is my opinion the hardest division of all of baseball
In the Central, I think it will be the White Sox. I see your a Tigers fan and I understand I probably won’t receive best answer for going against you but heres why:
1. The White Sox aquired Adam Dunn, a huge power threat and they retained Konerko, 2 HUGE power threats in the White Sox offense.
2. The White Sox are the team to beat in the Central. With Buerhle, Danks, Floyd, Peavy, Jackson and the on-the-rise, Chris Sale the White Sox have a solidifed starting rotation.
3. They are in the mix on Rafael Soriano, if they aquire him that just helps solidify a bullpen that already has Matt Thornton, Chris Sale and Jesse Crain.
Sorry man, I know you love the Tigers, they’ve made some moves but the White Sox have more depth, more power, more speed and are just overall a better team.
I’m not totally counting the Tigers out, but on paper, the White Sox have my vote.
